Fulfilment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
  1. Fulfilment Policy
    1. Service Provisioning
      Upon successful payment and completion of the registration process, the service will be provisioned and made accessible to the user immediately. Users will receive an email confirmation with details of their service account.
    2. Customer Accounts
      Each paid subscription will be associated with an email address and method to login (e.g single sign-on with google, microsoft or manually typing in email address), and customers are expected to use the email address along with the method of logging-in. If either is different, it can create a new account and may not show the features associated with the paid subscription plan.

  2. Refund Policy
    1. Eligibility for Refunds
      Customer can request for refund within 48 hours of a service charge for a new subscription or renewal of an existing subscription.
    2. Refund Request Process
      To request a refund, users must send an email at feedback@whiteboard.chat within 48 hours of a service charge that is being requested to be refunded. The request should include the reason for the refund, relevant account details, and any supporting information.
    3. Refund Approval and Processing
      Once a refund request is received, it will be reviewed within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Users will be notified via email of the outcome of their refund request.

  3. Cancellation Policy
    1. Cancellation by User
      Users may cancel their subscription at any time by accessing Login/Manage Boards page at our website and clicking Unsubscribe. Cancellation will have immediate effect.
    2. Cancellation by Provider
      The service provider reserves the right to cancel a user's subscription in the following cases:
      - Violation of terms of service
      - Non-payment of fees
    3. Effect of Cancellation
      Upon cancellation, users will lose access to the service, and all associated data may be permanently deleted. It is the user's responsibility to back up any data before cancellation.
